Meet the maker

Vanessa

Threaded Designs Melbourne started at Vanessa's kitchen table, embroidering names on her own kids' bunnies and blankets. One piece for a friend turned into another, and the studio grew into what it is now: a small home operation in Victoria, quietly stitching personalised gifts for babies, weddings, Christmas mornings and the days in between.

Every piece is hooped, digitised and stitched by hand from that same studio. There is no bulk factory behind this and no outsourced production. If you order a bunny with a name on it, Vanessa is the one who sews it.

Digitising

Turn artwork into stitches

Send through a logo, a drawing or a photo and get back an embroidery-ready stitch file, cleaned up and tested so it sews properly.

What can be digitised

    You keep the stitch file and can reuse it. If you would rather we stitch it onto a piece as well, say so and it is quoted together.

    Simple, per piece

    Personalisation is priced by the piece and the amount of stitching. Bulk and event orders are quoted as a set.

      Use the order form below, or send a DM. Tell us the piece, the name and roughly when you need it.

      Quote & Square invoice

      You get a font and thread suggestion, a price and a turnaround back. When you're happy, a Square invoice lands in your inbox — pay by card, receipt is automatic.

      Stitched by hand

      Once the invoice is paid, your piece is hooped, digitised and stitched, then checked and trimmed by hand.

    4. 4

      Wrapped and posted

      Sent Australia-wide with tracking, or arranged for local pickup.
